So a couple weeks ago check engine light came on 307, 174. Misfire cyl 7 and System too lean bank 2. Ran rough and loss of power. Two days later light goes off still runs rough and lack of power. Next day light comes back on, pull codes and only PO307 remain. Cleared code and swapped coil from 7 to 1 to see if id get same code on different cylinder. Truck ran great for a week. Yesterday check engine light came back on, rough idle and lack of power. Pulled codes and same PO307 is back.

Anybody have any ideas?
