Default Misfiring - Fuel Issues?

My '90 F-150 started acting as though it wasn't getting enough fuel yesterday. I was driving down the road and the gas from my rear tank ran out (completely empty), and as it started to sputter I switched to the front tank. A few blocks later, it started to act as if there was water/moisture in the fuel. I went to a gas station and filled up the rear tank, but it kept behaving this way even after I switched back to the rear tank. Later that day I put Sea Foam and Heat in the tanks and it made no difference. I changed the fuel filter, and it made no difference. Wondering if it was an air leak in the plenum or throttle body I tightened all of the bolts, but again no difference. I find that it runs well when the engine is cold, but as it warms up to operating temperature it begins to do this (sputter and miss like it isn't getting fuel). I'm not getting any codes, either. Anyone ahve any thoughts? Any info appreciated.
