Default Old suspension noise

My ol' faithful 95 f150 4x4is showing her age. I recall a few years ago when you went down a bumpy road and she was fairly smooth considering its a truck. Today when you hit bumps, ( I live on some old dirt back road) the front end "clunks" when you hit bumps, once going down, once on the rebound. I've had new upper and lower ball joints put in 2 years ago. My 94 explorer does the same thing with new shocks on it. Anyone know what I can do to get this clunck out or is it normal and OK for her age?

it is normal wear on that old truck and on any truck, i suggest getting a full suspension inspection because it sounds like you need new steering components up front.

What do the radius arm bushings look like? Shock mounts/bushings?
