Bypassed smog pump, cleaned out cats, changed distributor, plugs and wires, spark control module and coil pack, installed new Bosch fuel pump, denso injectors, changed fuel pressure regulator, iat sensor, maf sensor, coolant temp sensor, throttle position sensor, o2 sensor, and idle air control valve all of the aforementioned sensors were switched from a working truck along with all of the vacuum controlled silinoides please help I am stumped

What engine is in your vehicle? Manual or automatic trans?
Does it restart easily after the stall? Does it do it every time when the temp is above the 75 mark when coming to a stop?

We don't know at this time if the problem is fuel, spark, trans or electrically related.
Possibly from the answers to the above questions might be able to offer some things to check.

Almost every time I stop when it is above 75 but has done it very few times at cooler temps (maybe 4 times) and most of the time it started right up but twice i have had it take like 3 or 4 minutes on extremely hot days. It's a 5.0 automatic

OK , I believe we can rule out a trans problem.
Do you own or have access to a simple test lite? Since we have to start somewhere and you haven't replaced the ign sw , how about we confirm that is not part of the problem?
If you connected the test lite to the coil wire that comes from the ign sw and just stuck the probe end to a good ground, and you can do this with the hood closed.
Now when you drive it the test lite should be on all the time when the key is on, just place it below the windshield so you can see it all the time and get the engine hot and see if the test lite goes out when you come to a stop. If it goes out even for a short time , that tells you you are in the right area. If not, we move to another check. That will require a fuel pressure gauge connected to the fuel rail and placed where you can see it and try the same test to watch if you all of a sudden lose fuel pressure.
Try those two checks and if no help we can go from there.
