I have a new 2013 F 150 with the sirius xm built in. I don't like satellite radio so when my free trial is up I won't be renewing. Is there something I can do with the sirius hookup afterward, maybe hook up hd radio to it without buying a ton of new equipment and radio? I don't want to change a bunch of stuff, I just don't want the sirius buttons on my truck to be obsolete.
