Default Vibration and Shutter in Wheel at 60-70

Here's the deal. I have a 2006 Harley F-150 and I put 24 KMC Slides on it. I purchased the rims and tires in April of last year and never had an issue until October when I needed a new tire because of a blow-out. When driving on the highway at 60-70 there is a violent shake in the wheel. Anything past 70 the shake goes from the wheel to the whole truck, but is tolerable. All signs point to an imbalance.

Here's the issue. I had my tires balanced and re-balanced 5 different times. Nothing helped. Had the alignment checked yesterday and that didn't help. They refunded me my money on my old tires and out new nittos on today, and the issue is still there. All of this was done at the original place that I got the rims/tires in the first place with no issues

I'm starting to believe that it is not a balance or rim problem. There is a small shutter at 35 miles an hour that has been with the truck since I bought it. I dont know if that can key someone onto something or not.

I'm all out of ideas and on my last nerve with this thing. Anyone have any insight?

your torque converter can cause that too or maybe a warped brake disc while you're looking have the drive line checked for balance make it sure that it's straight if that doesn't work then you might have a bearing going bad
