I run the Diablo Predator on my 6.0.. You can find them selling used on eBay and such for a reasonable price or even new and the tab isn't too bad.. The stock filter flows pretty well although an intake won't hurt, and with exhaust unrestricted, the easiest way to build power is a programmer of some sort.. Adding 45hp (tow safe/a little more or 65Hp to a 6.0 is very noticable

I've added a few things to mine to get more power and mpg. The power and smoothness is very noticeable. I found all of these at xtremediesel.com. Here's a list:
Airaid Intake System (400-131-1) $272.90
CFM+ SmallMouth Intake Manifold (CFM20-003-001) $169.99
Hypertech Ford Max Energy Power Programmer (HYP42005) $379.99
Predator AIRFURY Cold Air Induction Maximizer (3031) $49.00

The programmer has 3 settings and can even read your ETC if the check engine light comes on. You can dio the problem yourself and turn the light off. All these are fairly easy to install if you're a DIYer and have wrenches and a socket set. It's nothing too extreme and you WILL notice the power gains. I've boosted my city mpg by 3 and my hwy mpg by 4-5. I also have a 4" MBRP cat-back exhaust, but you've already taken care of your exhaust. The AIRFURY is a neat thing b/c it helps force cold air into the airbox from right behind the grill. The only downside to this thing is you have to drill and cut-out a piece of plastic. You can't notice it from outside or even inside the engine compartment. But it can be a hassle to get it cut out correctly and fitted (even w/ the supplied diagram/outline). I noticed that Edge makes a programmer that mounts on top of the dash in a pod very nicely and gives you real-time data. You might look into that also. I've had no issues w/ any of these being added to a stock truck. Hope this helps.
