'06 Ford F-250 6.0L air conditioning and 4WD issues

Not saying that at all. You asked for help on a problem that is common. Maybe it is electrical, that is not the common issue for your problem. You asked for help and then seemed to reject it. I have no problem with that if that was your intent (and it seemed to be to me - if I misread your intenet, then I do apologize for that).
If you are willing to invest a little time, then find the vacuum pump (passenger frame rail) and the solenoid and see if you are getting vacuum. Even more simple, pull the heater line off and stick your finger on it and see if you are getting a vacuum.
If the 4WD system works w/ the hubs in manual, then the transfer case (electrically operated) and the 4wD switch are working fine. The issue then would be with your hubs alone (nothing electrical to them).

Ok, yes I'm getting vacuum, used the heater line test and the vacuum does in fact suck,

Was the A/C on when you did the test (blend door test when the A/C is on)? It should have been. Sorry not to have mentioned that. Then try it in 4WD (to test the hubs for a leak).
I would then do the same test at each hub (pull the vacuum lines - they are easily accessible from underneath) w/ the A/C on.
If that seems to indicate sufficient vacuum, then the 4WD troubleshooting guide attached should help.
I think the proper thing to do would be to put a vacuum gauge on it (with the A/C unit on) and compare it to spec. I just don't recall what the spec is at the moment.
