I just did a major tuneup, replaced TPS and AIC, oil change and truck still idles like #$*&!! The engien idles @ 800 then 1300 then 900 then 1100, its all over the place. Can some some one please help me? I do not know where to go next.

hi, do you have the california emissions on your truck(smog pump-air pieps =diverter valves-etc) if so i had a 92 model doing the same thing and it was all of the above tripping out -when the smog kicked in the idle went ape****-then when the fuel vapor solonoid kicked in it really went to idleing all over the rpm scale-i live in louisiana so i removed ALL of the emission system including convertor and the truck has plenty of power and no more idle problems-of course this may not allowable in your area-but with all of the power robbing emissions removed and shorty headers with flow masters this truck came alive-lol,mark.btw had to remove the check engine light bulb too
