The questions I might ask might seem dumb , but lets see if we can make some progress.
Are you sure you found the flasher for the sig and hazard lites? It is usually burried under the dash panel to the right of the steering column. I believe it's an electronic flasher with 5 or 6 prongs on it. Is that the one you found and tested?

Something doesn't seem right to me here.
There are fuses both under the hood and in the truck. Did you check all of them with the test lite?
Do you have the owners manual to show exactly which fuses are for the hazard and sig lites?
It is possible that you lost the power to the turn sig switch or it could be defective, but you need to verify that you have power going up to the switch assy.
Have you been able to do that?

We;ll take this one at a time.
First, you either have a defective bulb or poor connection at the right front signal lite. After you fix that problem and get the signal lites working we can move to the hazard lite problem. And yes, the brake light wiring goes through the sig lit/ haz switch assy.

I have checked the bulbs front & rear all checked good. have power on the rear and front park light but no power 4 the blinker at the front of the truck.have power to the fuse box under the hood ween i turn blinker on ether side.the left turn blinker light on the dash will not light up.do you think that light could be the problem.
