No power on take off, constantly feels like it's straining, feels like it's sputters and it's choppy, hard to explain. Idles fine, get above 40 and whooosh it takes off. But no power in low rpm. I can floor it and it takes several seconds to build up and then the Turbo kicks in and it goes. Had the injectors buzz tested, no issues there. New oil, fuel filter,air filter,oil filter. Any suggestions?

 

I am wondering if there is a problem with the trans torque converter. Sounds like the stator is ot locking up.
