Default 2004 F250: Need help identifying exact Trim Pkg/Model

Hi-- we hope you F250 experts can help us.

We have a truck that no longer has original papers, and since we're going to sell it, we need to know the exact "Trim" package. Unfortunately, decoding the VIN (1FTNW21PB4EB61779) doesn't help, because the decoding doesn't help identify whether it's a Super Crew Cab, or XLT, LT, Lariat, etc. That's where the pictures come in. The link takes you to our photos on the shutterfly website. Hopefully the pics show everything you need to help us identify it. If not, pls let us know what you'd need to see. Ignore the F550 plate-- it's not original-- it's definitely an F250 truck.

It does include the following features: back-up assist (4 eyes), cruise control, cloth seats, fold-down split cab seats, adjustable pedals.

Also, any suggestions on how much the customization (not done by us) add would be much appreciated! (38" wheels, brake assist, sound system, tow hitch in bed, etc.)

Thank you in advance!

VIN# is wrong I think. It should be 1FTNW21P84EB61779. If this is correct.its a F-250 Crewcab 4X4 6.0L Diesel auto trans.
