Default 2017 F250 FX4 serious electrical issues.

I have a 2017 F250 with some major electrical issues. It only has about 4,000 miles on it. I bought it in December 2017. By mid January the climate control would go off and on as I was driving. It progressed to the air bag light coming on and off and when the air bag light is on the windows wouldn’t go down, the power side mirror wouldn’t go in and you can’t adjust the radio channels or volume and the power running boards switch to Off and you can’t switch it to auto or Off while the light is on. After bringing to Ford 2x they finally admitted it was a bad wiring harness by the spare tire. Of course the part is back ordered 6 weeks. It’s gotten worse and I constantly hear clicking in the Dash and under the seats. (Like when the heated seats are on full). Then today the headlights won’t not turn off. I finally got them off and they stayed off for about 30 mins. Then they came back on as the truck was off sitting in my driveway. The truck was off. WTF. I couldn’t get them off, so disconnected the battery. This really is pissing me off.
Anyone know why or what could this new problem be with the headlights?
Has anyone had any similar issues with the other stuff ?

Hi Justin,
You are not alone , far from it !
As you are probably aware your vehicle is loaded with electronics and feaures and the more features the more complicated it can get.
It is almost impossible to diagnose any electrical problems in the new vehicles today without the proper scan tool. From what you describe a body control module (BCM) controls some of the functions that are giving you problems. What makes it worse is the series of modules in your vehicle , and there are MANY, get messages from one another and its bad enough when a module acts up, but when wiring gets into the picture , it just adds to the problem and your patience is the only thing that will get you by with problems like this. If your computer crashes , sometimes it will take weeks to get it straightened out. Today's vehicles are right in there and can drive a tech up the wall. Hope you get it straightened out soon.
