Default 2020 tail lights

Hey y’all, I just bought a 2020 f250 platinum 6.7.
someone backed into me and broke my drivers side taillight. I have the led w/blis. I Bought a new set from stage 3 Motorsports only to realize they wouldn’t work because it was the 17-19 years. The whip coming from the new taillight for the Blis does not mate up to the blis.
i have a couple questions
1) why can’t I find an adaptor for this?
the new taillights fit perfectly but unfortunately wont work
2) why can I get a pair of aftermarket taillights for less than $500 while a new 2020 assembly just for one is like 600-800$
3) where should I go for new taillights ?

it seems a shame that there aren’t many options for upgrades. For the 2020’s From what I can tell it’s either stock taillight assemblies either painted smoke black or color matched or aftermarket assemblies that wont mate up without an adapter that may or may not exist.

any help would be appreciated

Since you've got LED and BLIS its gonna be harder to find aftermarket taillights compatible, after another year or so I would expect to see more available for your 2020.
Maybe your auto insurance will cover it. Fix it before water buildup in the taillight harms the BLIS sensor or its gonna get expensive fast.
