Picked up my above new truck Oct. 29,2021 from the dealer in Kingman Az. While reading the 737 page owners manual i discovered on page 409 that the truck is suppose to have maintenance free batteries. Mine came with lead acid batteries. I contacted the dealer who said he would have to call Ford as he did not have an answer to my issue. He said he would call me when he found out. Two days without an answer so i again contacted local dealer who said he was still waiting for a reply. See " fordservicespecials.com " reference, " is your battery strong enough. Has any 2022 Super Duty owners truck come with AGM or any other maintenance free battery?

 

I'll see if my dealer has any matching vehicles Monday, honestly its unlikely with all the shortages, I assume its a 6.7L engine, is that correct?
