Default 44single to daulie wheel conversion

I need to convert an 1984 F350 4X4 pick up to dualie wheels front and back. Does anyone know what would be required in the front regarding spindles, hubs, etc. as a dualie wheel on the front may set too far in? HD

i know the front uses a hub extension and i think the rear dose also because the inside tire would probably rub the springs u can get conversion kits but i would try at a salvage yard would probably be cheaper

i couldn't say on that as i've only seen them on 4 wheel drive but i would think they would be the same as the lug pattern is the same and the extensions bolt on the lug bolts and then there is lug bolts on the extenisions for the wheels i thing a factory duallie set up will interchange
