'87 F250 HD with hot fuel handling
Why intermittent fuel delivery? Does not matter whether front or rear tank - the thing will quit. This is not a permanent thing. Flipping the selector switch seems to help. When probem passes, thing may run fine ON THAT TANK for quite awhile.
This is the carbed 460, pump in each tank, six port fuel selector valve, relays, safety switches ad nauseum.
I need to know where some of these components are. All I know right now is where the six port selector valve is and where the dash mounted selector switch is.
Thanks. Good old truck (except for paint of course)
Bought it new.

This may help others looking for components in this model:
The manual shows either a dash (just outboard of power brake booster) mounted or upper inner left fender hung "relay assembly". This F-250 had neither. The fuel pump relay and marker light relay are both hung inside a plastic cover screwed to a steel bracket extending out from inner left fender.
