94 F250 fuel injectors intermitent + AOD flashing
I have a 94 F250 w/ 5.8L that has got my mechanic stumped.
The problem is that the AOD will start to flash and then the engine will start to surge. If you put it back into park or nuetral the engine will start to clean up and as it gets warm the problem can go away as this is an intermitent problem and runs fine otherwise.
We have narrowed it down that half the fuel injectors are shutting down (no pulse) when the problem starts. It is the center 2 injectors on both sides.
Has anyone heard of this type of problem? It has us all scratching our heads right now and any help in trouble shooting would be appreciated.
