Default 94 f250 won't start

I have a 1994 f250 with a 351 windsor and duel tanks. The truck started to act wierd like it was running out of gas. We originally thought fuel pump in rear tank went out so started to use the front tank (gage on front tank does not work). Worked dine for about a week. It then did the same thing but this time died. For some reason we switched the fuel pump relays and it worked for a few more days and then did it again. At first if I gave it gas it would stay running and then it just died and hasn't started since. We have changed both fuel pump relays, fuel regulator, tps, evr, distributor, coil, condensor, and icm.we also have new plugs, wires, cap and rotor. We see no breaks in the electrical wires. We are stumped. Any ideas?

When the key is cycled ON, do you hear the fuel pump/s run ? ( location depending on tank selection) Yes/No?

Since it seemed to be fuel or if you suspect fuel delivery issues, it Would be a good start to check for spec fuel pressure and volume out of the schrader valve on the fuel rail topside of the motor..

Ignition module is OE?
Any change if the Spout connector is unplugged?
