I don't recall an ABS code that's simply 7. ABS DTC codes start with a letter.
First thing, check and make sure you have sufficient brake fluid in the reservoir.
Secondly, without getting heavily involved in the diagnosis, odds are it's probably a bad speed sensor. The one in the rear axle. It'll set you back about 25-30 bucks and is definitely the cheapest place to start.
After that, you're getting into some money.

I tested the wires wrong, so retested them and came to the conclusion that the ABS module was bad. I bought one from the auto salvage for $50.00 and put it on it now the ABS works. Light is finally out. Thanks for the help
