Check Engine Light.....

Check Engine Light.....
Just bought this F250 and noticed that it loves to drink gasoline (more than it should).
Also a couple symptoms are stumbling when I hit the gas hard, and hard starting when cold (a single pump of the accelerator helps).
The check engine light was on as well so I pulled a couple codes from the EEC-IV and they came up with these:
122 - TP sensor circuit below minimum voltage
542 - Fuel pump secondary circuit failure: PCM to ground
What is the best course of action to fix these issues? I was think possibly changing the TPS, but I don't want to chase the problem. I want to fix the problem.
Thanks in advance for the help.
