Default CLUNKING SOUND WHEN DECELERATING

I HAVE A 2000 F-250 DIESEL MANUAL TRANNY. I GET A CLUNKING NOISE WHEN SLOWING DOWN IN GEAR. IT SOUNDS LIKE IT IS COMING FROM THE DRIVE SHAFT NEAR THE TRANSMISSION. I HAVE 60K MILES. I HAVE BEEN TOLD IT MAYBE THE SUPPORT BEARING BETWEEN REAR DRIVESHAFTS. ANY THOUGHTS ON THIS WOULD BE GREAT.

I found out what the clunking noise was. The lower ball joint on the passenger side was shot. When I jacked up that side and pulled up from the bottom of the tire I had a alot of play and coud easily see movement at the lower ball joint.
