Default Display Cluster On the right dash

i have a 1994 ford F-250 Super Duty 7.3 standard and its a regular cab. i just bought it and the guy before me got mad with the area that has the wait to start lights and broke it.... i can only see the wait to start light up and the rest is broken there is about 4 or 5 other things that should light up i think....... when i run my truck there is a light on the bottom left that has been lighting up on and off for a day now it is holding solid.... could anyone tell me what it is supposed to say or sent me a picture of it?

Top/First position... "Wait to Start"
Second down........ "Engine Temp"
Third.................. "Water in Fue"l
Forth.. (over to the right from water/fuel)... is "Fuel Filter"..
