Default E4OD help needed

Newbie here from the Chevy club, I picked up a 95 F-250 2wd, regular cab, 5.8, E4OD truck for a project, learning allot here so thanks!

my question is, everything seems to be original on the truck, the transmission was out when I got it but told it’s from this truck. I cleaned and replaced all the seals, got a new torque converter and shift solenoid. The shift solenoid casting number comes up as a 94, but the plug on the trans is the thin wall single clip style, the replacement is the thick wall dual clip. Is it possible that it’s an early mode 95 with 94 trans? The 95 solenoid is a different casting number, I assume I should go by the casting number and replace the harness end? One of the reasons I am changing is is because both plug ends and junk. Any thought would be great, thanks

i just pulled the solenoid pack off the trans, there are no numbers stamped in the housing. Plastic cover indicates E9 pack.

I hope you are dealing with a Ford dealership for the parts because any other way you could get into a bigger problem.
