F-350 motor swap

F-350 motor swap
Hey new to the site, I have a 97 f-350 7.3L with high miles on it and I was wondering if it was possible without to many mods to put a 99 or new engine in to replace the old one, are motor mounts the same. Will the older computer work with a newer motor. thanks for you help
