Default egr

Take out the egr, clean out the carbon, put on new o-ring and reinstall. Jeremy

Default Egr?

I'm new to this forum, and have to admit, I'm not picking up on what an EGR is. Please spell out for this newbie. My F-350 is idling very low, and sometimes stalls at stoplights. I replaced the fuel filter, and added a fuel additive, with no luck.

Exhaust Gas Recirculation = EGR. The cooler was eliminated but was the egr valve itself removed? JLK
