f350 7.3L with no pulling power
supposed to have 4:10 in the rear, but can't pull a 5th wheel up a decent grade, also was told I could not put a chip programmer on my truck? if not, why? and what would be the best alternatives to getting some more ummph out of my 7.3? I know its in there, I get passed by everyone else.. thanks.. oh, its a 1995 model F-350

Not true,,
Edge and superchips are a few that have tuners to add HP to your 95.. Think Diablo made/makes a chip, probably others, but a tuner/programmer is easy either to remove, or switch between power levels. No hard installation required. Cold air intakes, unrestricted exhaust will help build power too. Depends on what you want to spend to get that extra power. If you go with a tune/chip, be careful not to tow outside of recommended levels..
A 95 makes decent power,,, whats you 5er weigh? Auto or manual?

Autotransmission with over drive. Truck is a late model 95 power stroke Turbodiesel. GVRW is 13,800 on my 5th wheel.
