Default F350 Intermettient Starting problems

Have a 2015 Ford F350 diesel. Purchased used about a month ago. Has developed a problem that when I turn the key to start the dash lights up but does not turn over. Fearing a battery issue I took to a local auto parts store (Saturday Ford not open) and checked both batteries. One battery appeared bad so we replaced it. Drove the truck and parked it for about one hour and when tried to re-start, same problem. Tried jumping the other battery but no help. Than had a wrecker take it to a local Ford Dealer and after sitting at the ford dealer for part of a day with nothing done they told me that they started the truck without any problems. Because we were wanting to check out of a hotel we picked up the truck (yes it started) and drove home. After we go home and attempted to re-start but same problem. Do we need to replace the other battery?
