Default Fuel filters on 06' powerstroke

It's time for me to change out the fuel filters on my 06' powerstroke. My manual only lists one part number for the filter type (from what I have found). Are the upper and lower filters the same element? And.....do I need to depressurize the fuel system before I remove the filters? If so, what's the easiest and safest way to do so.

Also, when I remove the lower filter on the frame, will the fuel continue to run out til Iget the cap replaced, orwill thefuel lines eventually stop draining?

Thanks.

no there is two different filter's they usally come in a kit, the one on the frame rail will leak a ton of fuel out over everything but yes it will stop, no you don't have too do anything other then remove the cap on the one on the frame and the one in the engine compartment
