I have a 1989 ford f 250 four wheel drive extended cab it came out with a diesel automatic i pulled them out and put a zf 5 speed with a 300 straight 6 now the tranny and engine are3 inches too far forward the rear drive shaft is too long to move tranny back and the front drive will be too short is there a difference in diesel and gas drive shafts as far as the length thanks
