Help! 6.0 wont start

Later 6.0's have the ICP in the passenger/right valve cover forward area. 3 wire, and tested/probed connected, and with a hard/no start KOEO during tests..

One circuit will be a reference voltage right around 5v, one will be a ground, and the 3rd will or should test at about 0.08 volt 'cranking' (0.08 for 500lbs for a start pressure)

My f-250 is an 03, went back to post #1 and realized I put 06. Sorry! I read on this truck its in the back, driverside between motor and firewall, hard to get at, and has 3 wires. believe its the right plug. tested all possible contact points, ( outside and inside plug) did not crank motor during test. Should I have? Is that what KOEO means?
