Default Help a Newbie... Please?

2000 F-350 7.3
Fuel leaking out of back of filter housing (seperator valve?).
Is this common? Should I break out the tools and attempt myself?
Any input will be appreciated.

Fuels leaking out of the fuel/water seperator 'drain valve'? The yelllow drain lever? They do dry out, and can leak.. Is it leaking/dripping out the steel fuel drain tube that routes around the front of the R/head on down as well?
