insufficient egr flow

Default insufficient egr flow

99 f250 super duty 5.4 v-8 - my engine light is on and a computer reader tells me it is insufficient egr flow - i have change the egr valve twice now and nothing has fixed the issue - could it be the egr sensor thats bad or something else - any ideas

More often than not it's the DPFE (Differential Pressure Feedback EGR) sensor.. They have a fairly high failure rate.. Check the hoses, as well as the manifold tubes for restriction...
