I just bought a 1993 F250 with the 7.3 IDI diesel. I’m just curious what year parts are interchangeable with it so I can clean it up and get it looking and running good again!!

What do you mean by clean it up?
Its not running well?
How many miles on the clock?
What changes do you want to do!

 

So it runs well, just needs a slave and master cylinder and my glow plugs are clicking. I also think I need an alternator as she struggles to start. But she has roughly 150,000 miles, I’m just trying to get the body cleaned up, and ultimately I want to paint her and make her look brand new again!! I’d also love to, not right now but when I get the time and money, buy an aftermarket turbo to put on her!

The glow plugs themselves don’t actually click, but if the glow system isn’t working spec it certainly would make for a hard start condition.
