Need help finding a part number for a wiring pigtail
99' F350 7.3. I have a bunch of broken electrical connections from the rear main loom to the tail lights and trailer plug very close to the pigtail connector. I would like to just purchase new pigtail connectors and rewire to the loom, but I cannot find a part number. Can anyone point me in the right direction? For clarity, the connector on the right branches off the main loom that rides the frame rail, and connects to the connector on the left that controls, turn signals, brake lights, hazards, license plate lights etc...

I don't think you can buy just the pigtail, it would be the whole harness, and it's expensive even when it's used.
If I were you I would buy a connector pins kit like this: and just depin and repin yourself. Your connectors aren't broken just that the wires are messy, but it's not wise to spend $100+ just to beautify the wiring, nobody else beside you will look at them. You just need to wire them correctly and test, then make permanent connection using uninsulated butt connector plus heat shrink them. I'd avoid any type of quick connect terminals (if you are going to disconnect for any reason you disconnect the big connector). To beautify and protect them without spending too much, get non-split wire loom from aliexpress (usually 3 to 5 days free delivery if you are in west coast). Anyway, if you need further diagram don't hesitate to let me know which one.

You might find all of what you want in a salvage yard
A simple phone call or two will let you know who has what and most times you can take all you need for a fraction of the price of new and accomplish the same thing. There is no difference here between new and used and while there might find some other things you need `/.
Today they are called salvage yards , yesterday they were called junkyards. Its like going to a yard sale, lol.
One person's junk is another person's treasure.

The size not shown.
But 18AWG should be plenty for the rear lights. You can tell if you need to run a rear door lock actuator, say on econoline van, Ford recommends minimum 14AWG on the fronts and the side, the rear with longer run (30+ FT) 12AWG is suggested even though that draws around 4.5A per actuator.
