Default problem with 2019 f250 6.2 bed is splitting apart

anyone have any problems with there beds crack at seams opening up

My 17 has a few slight gaps in the panel seams. They’re not cracking, but just minor gaps..

Im pretty sure your bed didn't get the seam sealer put on at factory. look at one without bed liner and you will see what Im talking about.

dealer only had 2 more trucks with the spray in liner and its closed not open like mine

You could pick up a caulking tube of black urethane body seam sealer and seal them.
Mine, i installed a drop in bed liner to give the aluminum box a bit more support and protection from dents. Being they were slight gaps i left them alone so that trapped water had a way to exit from under the liner.

I didnt spend $65000 to go buy a tube of caulk to fix a problem that should never be there from the factory
just trying to see if anyone else has the problem to and what they did about it its at ford dealer now for 9 days the hill start assist warning light comes on a lot just stopping at a light or flat parking lot so they called in someone from body shop to look at it and they have not decided what to do about bed and they are putting in parts for the hill start assist warning light and still have not got it to go out this ones a lemon law case I think anyone else have any thoughts thank you

water goes out the spots that are by the ribs if you get water in bed
