Default rear axle seal

I have a 95 250 with a full float rear axle. I am nearing wits end on this one. I had to put brakes on it a while back. Now I must admit my first mistake was getting the seals at O Riley. They leaked bad. Then I went to ford got the factory seals and installed. Now it seemd that I am having a leak on the bottom side of the spindle were the seal surface that has rubber on the inside slids onto the spindle. This seal came as a one piece unit that pressed in to the hub. I am just at a loss hear, I used emery cloth on the spindle, I used a light coat of oil when I installed. I guess I am courious if there is a sealer or an adheisive that may seal this problem.
Thanks
Tom
