Default Suspension - can't stay in my lane

My Son is in Tennessee on vacation. He has a 2017 gas engine F-250, and is pulling a travel trailer. The truck was purchased new before he went on vacation. He says that when he hits any bumps or uneven pavement on a freeway/road the truck veers to the side, nearly ending up in another lane. He has checked with a Ford dealer and they say there is nothing wrong with the suspension and suggested he drop 5 pounds of pressure out of the front tires.
He took the truck into the dealer before he left and they also said there is nothing wrong with the suspension. He says it happens whether he is towing the trailer or not. I am in California and trying to help him find a solution.

What is the tongue weight and the gross weight of the trailer?
Sounds like the trailer is not loaded correctly.
