Need Help. I have a 2021 F250 Platinum and just had to replace my APIM and update to the newest SYNC3 update and build. My truck is connected to my account on Ford.Com. It tracks my truck health and advises me of updates. Since I replaced my APIM the SYNC3 Serial number and Onboard Modem Serial Number do not match with my VIN. So when I log into my Ford account it continues to tell me I have new updates. The Ford.com account still shows the old serial numbers for my VIN. I went to the dealer and, although they checked everything, don't understand what I am talking about. Can anybody tell me where to go to change my serial numbers to go along with my VIN on my account? Thanks in advance.
