I have a 2017 f350 with the ultimate trailer tow package which I use to tow a travel trailer. I recently installed tpms into the trailer tires but the truck does not see these. The option does show up on my trailer tow screen but it just does not se these sensors. The ford dealer, service or parts departments, has not been able to tell me f I need I separate receiver. I was hope I could install these and use a programming tool to set the system up. Can someone tell me if i need additional parts.

 

A good tire place should be able to come up with some kind of answer.

Some vehicles have the capability to monitor the spare tire. Maybe an addl tire or 2 might work too, not sure.
