Default Trying to get info on 1997 F250

I did not get an owner's manual when I bought my truck a few years ago. Mostly been using it for everyday commuting. Now, I am buying more toys (4wheeler, snowmobile, camp trailer, etc) and need to find out what my towing capacity and gear ratio is. Anyone have any thoughts? I have a 1997 F250 5.4L Triton V8.

Also, I am looking for resources on aftermarket performance parts (air intake systems, exhaust systems, chip tuners, etc).

Thanks for your help in advance.

This web site should help you out a bit. You will need to register but it is free. You can access a lot of info on your vehicle once you enter your VIN.

Hope this helps a little.
