Default woes of a supercharger

Hi there
New to the forum and F-250 family, I recently purchased a ford 1999 v10, I was wondering of any one had an idea as to how much the ECU can correct feul curve and ignition in percent. I'am adding a supercharger and wondering what PSI to run it at before having to have a chip burned, would a programer work just as well?

Also sence I bought the tuck the center console on the roof with a display and 2 buttons does not work. . . what could be the cause of the problem?

Thank you for your time
