Speedometer other cluster issue

Speedometer other cluster issue
I am having an issue that is driving me nuts. Years back, I had the cluster replaced due to the sweeping and zero out of gauges, plus batt and alternator replaced. All was good. Then, drivers right wheel bearing went and was repaired. About a year later maybe just months later, my traction control light came on, abs light is on, speedometer does not work, info window is all lines, and of course, the transmission does not shift properly. Now here is the tricky part. After my failed attempt to trouble shoot, it suddenly started working again. Then, months later, same issue came back. Then, started to work again, then stopped. Currently, as of 1/19 of this year it was working from the last time it stopped and now, is back to the same issue. If it was anything to do with the wheel bearing replacement, I would assume it would have been sooner than later. It was many months later so I don't think it was installed wrong. I also replaced the speed sensor on that same side. So if anyone knows of what it might or is wrong with it. Please for all that is holy share it with me. This is very frustrating and getting it diagnosed by a mechanic is not a real option for me. Looking for any and all insight. Thanks!

I believe there is a problem within the instrument cluster itself. The weird things happening may be caused by incorrect readings coming from the inst cluster to the body control module. Quite a bit of things now are intertwined in a network and it could take some doing to pin it down without a capable scan tool.

My father has a scanner but, I don't think it will read the ABS. I think it will only give engine and other codes. Worth a try. Thanks for the reply and if you come across anything that stands out please share. Like a Ford Mechanic who can say. "Oh yeah, I have seen that a couple times and this is what it was each time."

My mom has a 2005 Ford Five Hundred 40k miles And the back up lights were on when in park or driving. And the dash lights did not come on. They replaced the battery and alternator. And a week later the car won’t start now. It makes clicking sounds when you turn the key. It has been connected to the computer 3 times and shows no codes.
