Default Buying 2003 Focus SVT

Hi guys, I'm new here. I used to have mitsubishi eclipse but that thing is a piece of junk.

I'm thinking of buying 2003 SVT that has over 80k miles for about 6500. WHat do you guys think about this car? Is it reliable? What should I check before buying it?

THanks guys

My friend had a '05 SVT and had the rear main seal go at 40k but that is all I have heard about the SVT Focus to watch for.

I have a 2002 SVT Focus with 185000 miles on it and it have been "bullet proof" with me.
I am selling it to get something a little more "upscale"

I just posted mine for sale here,
look at the goodies I have on mine.

Best of luck...

I think 6500 is to much. This is a SVT but it has 80K miles, so id say that 4200-4800 is a fair price.
P.S: Either u or the seller should run the car to the dealer to see if there are ANY problems with it. Even minor ones. U might change ur mind.
