Default headrests

I just bought a 2009 Focus and the headrests tilt so far forward they make my neck hurt. My wife cannot sit with them in any position. I went back to the dealer and the headrests from the Ford Escape are much betteron the neck but don't quite click into the slots.

Anyother suggestions? I am going to see if the headrests from a 2008 Focus are better.

follow up: the 2008 headrests are the same as 2009. But, the headrests from the 2009 Escape do not have the extreme angle and the pins fit but are slightly smaller.

What about having the headrest reshaped/angled at an upholstery shop?

I was thinking of having the shafts bent back but the service people told me if you did that the warranty on the head rests / seat ?? would be voided.

I saw a 2006 Focus and the headrests on that year are not as raked forward. Ifound a 2006 at a junk yard and am going to see if that works.

2006 Headrest fits in seat and is much better angle. Cost $35.00 at a scrap yard.
