Default I have two suspension questions

First, the rear suspension squeaks, I know its has to do with the cause it's a consistent sound at all speeds. Is there any way of knowing exactly what to replace?

Second, there is a clunk in the front suspension when I go around a corner over 5-10mph. Is there any way of telling what needs to be replaced?

Are any of these things common? Are they easy to fix?

The squeak in the rear suspension is most likely coming from the sway bar bushings. You may not need to replace them. Take them out, clean them and give them or coat of silicone based grease (Sil-Glyde).
The front may not be so easy. I would inspect: struts, lower ball joint, tie rod ends and sway bar links. Go to you tube to look for the procedures.
