Question missing? (jerking and hesitating)

I looked and looked and I can't not find a thread, I am new and this is only my 2nd post so I may not have the jest of it yet.

Anyhow I have 2001 Ford focus ZX3 with 132,000 miles so far the old girl has been good to me, however a week ago she start jerking and hesitating, so I got plugs and a fuel filter, my intial thought. I replaced the plugs and had a hell of a time with fuel filter. Got her all fixed up. Still presented a spark issue, so we move to the coil pack and all wires (this is with in one day of the plugs) Ran great for 3-4 days, and now we are back to squared one?? At a loss here, any suggestions?

Could the bad coil pack/ wires have fouled out the plugs that quickly?

okay so pulled all the plugs and they looked good, one was black and wet, took it in cleaned it up, put it on a wire wheel to get it good and cleaned, put it back in the car and 30 seconds.... now we are back to running like crap again. Next step is to pull that Coil pack and take it for a resistance test. If that comes back good then I guess the coil harness?

arrrgggg... it sems like an easy fix if I can just find it...

Still no check engine light and no fault codes hanging out in the CPU.

Don't forget to check the plug wire to the dirty plug's cylinder.
