Default Quick nasty grind and pull off

Well folks here's the sad news : going down the road in my 2001 focus heard a grind and immediately shut her down pulle half off road , jumped out and looked under neath and there was a trickle of oil coming off behind crankshaft pulley. so cranked her back up quickly to pull on off the road , grind got worse shut her down quick looked under again water pouring out behind pulley. towed her home
went out today to start breking her down to see if i can figure out what happened I think it may be the water pump and timing chain but not sure. Worked on lots of old fords but this is new to me belt dont even go around water pump its back up behind sumtin lol
and to beat that couldnt figure out where to release tension on belt to get started. seen two tensioners but no indication of bolt to loosen tension . Any ideas on problem or how to get belt loose would be greatly appreciated!!
