blower not working
#2
Most vehicles incorporate a blower motor resistor. This provides your low, med hi speeds. Most use a high speed relay to power the blower motor on high speed since current requirement is higher than any lower speed requirement. If the blower motor doesn't work on any setting check the fuses. If it works only on hi speed the resistor is defective. It is usually located under the hood near the blower motor or housings for the A/C. Also the function switch (Max-Norm-vent etc., ) will turn off the blower motor if not set to one of the operating positions. A typical test lite can usually assist in determining which piece is defective or not working. Let me know if you require more assistance. hanky
