F150 vibration

F150 vibration

I have a 2007 F150, when accelerating on highway I get a vibration in the back end of the truck, like you are going over rumble strips. I cannot figure out what causes this. Can anyone help?

You didn't give the mileage, but did you check out the driveline u-joints?
